“When I started belly dance I was super self conscious. I had a hard time looking at myself in the mirror while dancing. I also had a very hard time showing my belly or exposing myself at all. I have been dancing a year now and my self image has totally changed. I no longer hide my belly, I look at myself in the mirror with confidence, and am surrounded by beautiful people. The loving people around me, the support, the confidence, and the positive affirmations have changed my life for the good. The belly dancing is just a plus, but for me it’s about being happy with me!” –Loren Harley-Drury
