Boise Raks – Free Community Dance Events

Boise Raks is a joyful, interactive celebration of dance, music, wellness, and community, presented by Starbelly School of Dance and featuring the Starbelly Dancers. Each event blends the beauty of Raks Sharki (Middle Eastern belly dance) with today's popular music, creating a welcoming experience where people of all ages and abilities can connect through movement.

Every Boise Raks event includes:

• A professional dance performance
• A beginner-friendly mini dance lesson
• A community dance party where everyone is invited to join in!

No dance experience is necessary—just come ready to move, laugh, and celebrate together.

Thanks to the generous support of the Boise City Department of Arts & History and Starbelly School of Dance, all Boise Raks events are FREE and open to the community.
